The Seller is Chic Mystique Limited. The Buyer is any person or company who buys or has agreed to buy Goods from the Seller.

Goods means any goods provided by the Seller in accordance with the Sellers standard Terms & Conditions of Sale. Conditions means the Standard Terms and Conditions of sale set out in this document. These Terms & Conditions of Sale supersede any previous Terms & Conditions of State of the Seller. Any variations of these Terms & Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Seller and will not otherwise be valid. Any waiver by the Seller of these Terms & Conditions of Sale on any occasion shall merely act as a waiver on that occasion, and shall not affect the Sellers right to enforce these Terms & Conditions on any further occasion, no Terms & Conditions stipulated by the Buyer shall have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Seller.

Making an order

Making a purchase could not be easier. While logged in, simply browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Force Majeure

Chic Mystique Limited will not be liable to the Buyer or deemed to be in breach of contract because of any delay or non-performance directly or indirectly due to any cause beyond Chic Mystique Limited's reasonable control including without limitation lack of adequate instructions from the Buyer, Governmental regulations or requirements, Acts of God, unavailability of materials, work stoppages, strikes, slowdowns, boycotts or other industrial action and in such case may wholly or partially suspend shipment of Goods.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is" and Chic Mystique Limited excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law any warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, the functions embodied on, or in the materials of, this website are not warranted to be uninterrupted or without error. You, not Chic Mystique Limited, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction due to your use of this website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales whose courts are the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.

This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods or any other similar convention or laws, the application of which are expressly excluded.

We reserve the right to change these Terms, the Security & Privacy Policy, prices, information and available contractual license terms featured on this website without notice. These conditions set out the entire agreement between Chic Mystique Limited and you relating to your use of this website.

No action of Chic Mystique Limited, other than an express written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms or Security & Privacy Policy. Should any clause of these Terms or Security & Privacy Policy be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.

Returns Policy

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange any item please notify our customer care department by email within 2 days of receiving the goods and we will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

You have 7 days from the day of receipt of your order in which to return any item to us except for earrings. We are unable to offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging and we will issue a full refund using the same method by which you paid or exchange the item for a different style or colour as requested.


Faulty Items

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care department within 24 hours and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Receiving the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our customer care department within 24 hours quoting your order number, name and address. You will also be asked to provide details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Policy for Delivery Cost

If you are returning an item which is faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, we will refund you the delivery cost of returning it. Please let us know the delivery cost and send to us an original receipt when you return the goods. If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Order Cancellation

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased from Chic Mystique Limited, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing within 7 days (beginning the day after we receive your order) to our customer care department, quoting the order number, your name and address . If your items have not yet been despatched we may be able to cancel your order. If the items have already been despatched you will need to return them to us at your cost. Upon receipt of the items (which must be in their original condition) we will provide a full refund minus the original postage costs.

Unfulfilled Order

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfill your order after payment you will receive a full refund.

Important Notice

Please note that all items are your responsibility until they reach us and you must take reasonable care of them. We therefore recommend that for your own protection, you send parcels using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are sending. The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
